Please please please fix the uhaul app. There are many glitches and issues. The app locates my location when online check in and retrieving the keys but is unable to locates my location when checking out the vehicle. Im basically unable to verify the equipment and have to take photos instead. The app frequently gets stuck in loading mode or makes me repeat the check in process.. its very glitch. Please fix it.

JACK MNothing; this experience was very smooth and I am very happy with the service I received. The truck was clean, full of gas and ready to be driven. The keys were easy to locate as I went before the office was open and the check in process was smooth when there was someone there to hand the keys too. Would recommend.
