Please please please fix the uhaul app. There are many glitches and issues. The app locates my location when online check in and retrieving the keys but is unable to locates my location when checking out the vehicle. Im basically unable to verify the equipment and have to take photos instead. The app frequently gets stuck in loading mode or makes me repeat the check in process.. its very glitch. Please fix it.

The keys were easy to locate as I went before the office was open and the check in process was smooth when there was someone there to hand the keys too. Would recommend.

Jana CThe staff at this location were polite and helpful, which I appreciate. However, I experienced improper charges that have not been fully resolved, and I am still waiting for my refund. Additionally, the truck I rented was in poor driving condition. It seemed poorly maintained, and some interior components were damaged. Because of this experience, I would not strongly recommend U-Haul. If you do choose to rent from them, I highly suggest carefully inspecting and test-driving the vehicle before leaving the lot, and selecting a location with a wider selection of vehicles in case you need a replacement.
