The staff at this location were polite and helpful, which I appreciate. However, I experienced improper charges that have not been fully resolved, and I am still waiting for my refund. Additionally, the truck I rented was in poor driving condition. It seemed poorly maintained, and some interior components were damaged. Because of this experience, I would not strongly recommend U-Haul. If you do choose to rent from them, I highly suggest carefully inspecting and test-driving the vehicle before leaving the lot, and selecting a location with a wider selection of vehicles in case you need a replacement.
INGRID DShare restroom code for customers who use 24/7 pickup service while location is closed. The restroom is outside and accessible even when location is closed but it locked and no way to find the code if no employee on property
