Nothing; this experience was very smooth and I am very happy with the service I received. The truck was clean, full of gas and ready to be driven. The keys were easy to locate as I went before the office was open and the check in process was smooth when there was someone there to hand the keys too. Would recommend.

Jana CThe staff at this location were polite and helpful, which I appreciate. However, I experienced improper charges that have not been fully resolved, and I am still waiting for my refund. Additionally, the truck I rented was in poor driving condition. It seemed poorly maintained, and some interior components were damaged. Because of this experience, I would not strongly recommend U-Haul. If you do choose to rent from them, I highly suggest carefully inspecting and test-driving the vehicle before leaving the lot, and selecting a location with a wider selection of vehicles in case you need a replacement.
