When a truck is reserved it should be guaranteed at the reserved location. It should be clean. It should have reserved equipment with the truck. Disappointed with Uhauls service will likely use another company next time.Georgia C.

I was charged $215.18 when I picked vehicle up. Truck was to be returned at 3:00 pm today. I was told if I was running a couple of hours late just to call and then adjustments would be made. I did call and retuned vehicle between 6:30 and 7:00. I was then charged additional $283.06 for a grand total of $498.24. I believe I was incredibly over charged. If that's not the case UHaul is a complete rip off. A 26' truck for 1 1/2 day and 160 miles total. Straight out weongHenry W.

This was the most horrible experience. Pick up was a nightmare, sent me 20 miles from desired pick up, and not given addditonal miles, then I could not get in the truck for 2 hours after scheduled pick up time. I was over charged by 20 dollar from reservation price, and charged extra mileage even though they sent me 20 miles out of the way. Drop off was equally bad. The person for U-Haul was not present at the drop off location and the 24/7 drop off wouldn't work in my phone even though I had the app, full cell service, and my location setting on, still the app said my location could not be determined. Final I was able to talk to customer service who instructed me to take picture and leave the key in the drop box. I asked to be compensated for this horrendous experience and still have not heard back from district manager. My brother is moving next week and I have advised him that under no circumstances should he rent from U-haul and that he should go with a different company. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would like compensation if anyone bothers to read this and actually cares. I will discourage everyone I know to NEVER use u-haul.Rosa R.
