I was told I could drop off anywhere, this location did not l own how to help me and I had to contact UHaul. The time it took them to return meant I went over the 24 hours and you charged me an extra day! Nott cool

Bobby PHad a very nice experience renting uhaul from the Citgo store in Danielsville Ga very polite and informative made it very easy to pick up truck and return
Debra BI drove 8 miles, but there is NO way I used 3 gallons of gasoline. I did not leave the vehicle running at any time. That would mean your vehicles gets 2.67 miles to the gallon, that is not the case. When I got the vehicle it was practically empty already. While overall I am very pleased with the service, the extra charges for gasoline are not acceptable.
