RENATA PI would have appreciated a call before my reservation was changed or canceled.
GASTON RI actually love the location and the people are very nice but this is the second time we've had an issue. The last time we came we were charge an additional $10 for gas, even though we had more gas in it when we returned it then when we received it. This time we were charged an extra day. We picked up the van at 3:08 on 9/25 and returned it at 3:05 on 9/26. We have the gas receipts to prove it. We filled it up right before returning. The keys were placed in the 24/7 box by the door. We couldn't wait in line inside as we had an appt to get to. We would appreciate the corrections for both of these over charged amounts on the credit card. Thank you for your help!
