Although the workers were wonderful, the fact that the pickup was delayed by a day because of uhaul's reliance on the cloud led to the less than perfect score.

SUSAN DThis location was fine 40 miles one way from the location I reserved it at , had to drive from Champaign to Danville. Then at return I had to drive 40 miles out of my way to return it . There is three u hauls in Danville Va one less than a mile from where I was but the corporate store couldn’t take it . Had to take it to an independent U-Haul in North Carolina Eden I think he was full also but had the I can’t rent it if I don’t have it mentality. He was awesome guys at corporate store couldn’t care less to help customers
