Not sure any improvements are necessary, this was my first time to utilize U-HAUL and I can honestly say I will be using them again and particularly at this location. The location was nearby which is always a plus , the attendant was very cordial and accommodating. My vehicle was a brand new FORD van and it performed perfectly, it was clean and ready to go.
