Nothing I can think of could have improved the experience I had renting a 20ft truck from Tony at the Mt. Orab location at 480 W Main St. Tony seems to be a great guy, and I would rent from his store again, no problem.
Doug DIt was not easy to get the app to load all info needed to check in and the process to check out was a little lol omh for the process.
