The rental process was super smooth, I highly recommend this place for your next U-Haul rental.
Luis RThe location is nothing but dirt driveway, keys are chained to a tree. There is absolutely zero customer service, no signage to indicate how or where to check in. I was completely in the dark and just assumed the closest available. Truck was mine. When I returned the vehicle,same situation and when I called on the phone, I felt like I was calling a drug dealer and not at all comfortable with the process. When my bill arrived, things are wrong on it and so far no response on correcting the wrong items. I will never use this location again, and my faith in U-Haul has been shaken significantly.
