Very hard to find and no one onsite. They were very good at returning calls and information. I returned it at 2:40pm on 11/28 (the day I rented it) but no one there to tell.

Limited signal for having to do online submissions and pictures. The app is buggy and poor user experience. Takes way too long to go through the process by yourself over the phone. Not a great experience. Truck was not swept out by previous customer and the TPMS system was showing an error.

Richard HTony was very helpful accommodating the availability of the trucks to our family needs. He was reliable and very efficient. Initially one of the trucks had one of wooden piece damaged and he made it possible for us to change the vehicle without charging anything extra.
