pick up location was fine. inconvenient for our purposes, but made it work because this is the size we wanted. no offer to bring the truck closer to us for pick up. disappointing. inside back of truck was very dirty!!! spent over 1 hour cleaning the truck at home before putting my clean items inside the truck. returning the truck was also disappointing. app is under spouses email and phone. tried to return by signing in to the app, but it was not working properly. finally called the 800 number and they told me to just put the keys in the drop box. took pictures of this. not sure i want to use u-haul in the near future again.

David CThe previous week we had rented from an Annapolis, MD location. They overcharged us for gas after we put gas in the truck. Receipt sent. Also, corporate was to credit our account $50.00 for the first location last week not having the reserved truck available and they had to send us to the Annapolis location. This did not happen. We also lost over an hour of our limited time having to go through this process of locating another location to rent a truck. We had given up on UHaul's service until this location. They were easy to work with, efficient and the cleanest truck we have ever rented from UHaul. Will only use this location from now on.
