Rental process when office was closed was a little difficult due to cell service....took a while to get everything done online, but otherwise everything was great.

Everything was on point.
GLENN FThe two Dollys I paid for and reserved were not in the truck. I took the requested pictures of the empty truck that I was asked to during the pickup process. I was not able to contact anyone at the store yesterday after calling several times because there was apparently an issue with the phones. When I was able to reach someone at the store today she told me there wasn’t anything she could do and I needed to call U-Haul directly. They also changed my pick up location the day before to a store further away from my home.
