pick up around huge plaza in back - hard to find, no one to help lift and hook trailer tongue. my trailer leaf spring snapped during our move leaving me stranded for hours with a 4 month old baby and dog on the side of the expressway. horrible and dangerous experience...obviously not maintained trailer that put my family in jeopardy.
