location pick up and drop of excellent, attention excellent, the people at the franchise were super helpful and help me in every stage of the rent. the only thing to say is the truck steering wasn't in very good conditions, I think due to the use or misuse of other renters, but a little more service from haul would be welcome, the exact issue was the steering, the truck was always going to the left and I have to continue correct it. so that was the main, the rest is super good. the truck was clean and good condition in the rest of the areas. the engine was good also, only the

Poor service in disclosing what is being charged. I would never use this location are recommend to anyone.
SASHAH MIdk if the location is clean bc it closes at 2pm on Saturday. Then I got charged a $20 fee for returning the u-haul after hours!!! We returned it at like 4pm or so. How is that after hours? That $20 should be refunded.
