I can't think of much in ways to improve from my experience. Chris , Brandy and team were terific to deal with. I needed an extra couple of days and a bit of help for off loading, they were able to accommodate to help me getter done!

Cliff KHave the U-Haul available at the location they selected when they placed their order online. Standardize roles and procedures access all locations. No one should have to drive hours to pick up the uhaul they reserved!!
