Not sure much can be done. The tire was bad. It had a wobble to it and eventually let loose. Tough to have preventive maintenance on it when the tires look great it would have to have been driven to know that there was a fault with the tire.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI chose a storage unit that was offered in the U-Haul app. Our code did not work Sunday night. Spoke with U-Haul and the storage facility. The delay cost me an additional 2 days. Originally I registered for 6-8 hours...but couldn't get the truck back until this afternoon. Not mad, but very disappointed given there was no concession for the inconvenience & cost. Preferably I would appreciate the 2 additional days I had to extend rental truck refunded. This oversight is very very poor customer service...if I have to absorb the cost of this error. Thank you in advance for your consideration, CHRIS
