I chose a storage unit that was offered in the U-Haul app. Our code did not work Sunday night. Spoke with U-Haul and the storage facility. The delay cost me an additional 2 days. Originally I registered for 6-8 hours...but couldn't get the truck back until this afternoon. Not mad, but very disappointed given there was no concession for the inconvenience & cost. Preferably I would appreciate the 2 additional days I had to extend rental truck refunded. This oversight is very very poor customer service...if I have to absorb the cost of this error.
