The specific location and personnel working there were AWESOME! They did great damage control on behalf of the U-Haul conglomerate. My ire with the whole experience was the U-Haul website. I was able to reserve a specific trailer at a specific location. The website indicated the trailer was available at the location I chose. Then on the morning of the rental, I received a text an voicemail moving the location to another location a 30-minute further drive away. This was because the selected location had NO trailers, despite the website showing they did otherwise. I will be posting a negative Google review to the originally selected website because of this. That all said, the location I actually picked up and dropped off was excellent.
