I had to wait in line 32 mins to get the keys and the location would not give me my 32 minutes back. I was charged for 2 hours but really only had the U-Haul for an hour and 28 mins.

ERIC SDid a walk in and the lady who checked us out was very rude and condescending. Did not explain the process at all. Was so confused on what to do when returning the truck, thankfully the lady that was there when we returned it was very kind patient and informative
TAMIYA DThe app-based return process was too involved. Requiring photos of the van all over and uploaded to the app was not described when we picked up the rental. There was no damage review when we picked it up, but it seemed there was a lot of focus on making sure photos of any damage was captured when dropping off. Didn’t make sense, and felt like U-Haul was trying to find more ways of squeezing customers for more money. Not a great feeling for customers to have for a service.
