It was a convenient location to drop for my needs, but the person at the counter didn't give me much information about the return, just said "put the key in the box and we'll check it out tomorrow". I did go to the app. and finish the return with taking some pictures and such so that made me feel better/safer. So the U-Haul app. return was great, and nothing really wrong with the location, just did not have a great in-person experience at this location.
DOUGLAS KThe truck I rented had a low tire pressure warning light on. The back of the truck looked like someone was burning the bed of the truck. The driver front door is out of alignment and doesn’t shut unless slammed. Drivers compartment of truck needs to be vacuumed out, obvious debris everywhere.

JESSICA HThe vehicle we received had an engine issue and consistently would not move. We contacted The location that we rented the vehicle from and he said he would send out someone. Our entire move was inside 10 miles. Now he is trying to keep my entire deposit as well as bill me an additional 288.00. We had to go somewhere else to get a different vehicle to complete our move. PLEASE CALL ME ASAP. THIS IS INSANITY.
