The payment process
Brianna DU-Haul called me twice asking me to turn in my truck early, but did not offer any compensation for me ending my rental a day early. And then when I returned it, the gentleman that checked it in said my gas level was not accurate and charged me for 2 gallons of gas. He was also rude about the fact that I did not bring the blankets and immediately I had folded them and left them in the front of the truck - but I stood there and waited almost 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge and assist in the U-Haul return. Not the best experience.
