Truck wasnt at location I had reserved 2 weeks in advance. Didnt know until I went to pick up truck. Other location was 4 miles away so drop off and pick up cost me more money also I would have reserved for a different pick up time but Pillips tod me I could only pick op after 5pm so I wasted a whole day. They said I was sent a text but I never received it. Maybe Penske next time.

Brock CIt was great to be able to rent on no advance notice. Our son's move ended up being more than he expected, so at noon we drove just down the road and got a truck. Another son went along to Uhaul and was amazed at how simple it all was to get the truck so we could get the job done.
