Nothing, I’ve rented several trucks and trailers in the last two months and have been very pleased with the help, service and positive attitude for this company. Not so with some other UHaul-owned corporate stores where I called and had several not so good conversations and attitudes. You can tell that this group is committed to customer service and takes it serious where the corporate stores staff treat it as just a job!
