The problem I had was the after hours U-Haul app software. If you can arrange to do your check in, in-person at all, I would recommend that you work to make that happen. The online experience was horrible. Software glitches, and a an hour and half phone call later, I was able to get the keys. There is no reason they can't improve this experience, except that they know about it, and don't rate your time as relevant. This, in no way, is a reflection of the people who as answered my call for help. They were courteous and patient with my frustrated demeanor. It's just that it never in needed to get to that point. U-Haul, fix your program.

Jesse HI did not like doing reserving my vehicle over the phone and then doing it all over again on the phone internet. The internet connection was not good, it took 30 minutes or more to get the vehicle. its too much trouble. The owner was very responsive but taking and sending photos on the phone was horrible. You must get another system. This one is BROKE! its not what I am use to.....
