TERRY HRemove "guaranteed" from your language on reservations. More planning on U-Hauls logistic department would take this experience from 0 stars to 5. The locations in El Centro, CA (pickup) and Dewitt, AR (drop-off) went above and beyond to fix CORPORATES mistakes. I placed a reservation a week in advance and within the 2-3 days before my scheduled pick-up the location was switched 3 times. None of which being where the reservation was scheduled to be picked up. Terrible, unprofessional and deceitful would be the description of U-Haul after this experience. Once again, I want to reiterate, corporate is the issue not the pick-up and drop off locations.
Coleman PTell people when they stop to check the knob that tightens the hitch on the trailer. It came off on the return trip. 2 really nice gentleman stopped and fixed it for me.
