ANGELA BThis has been by far the worst experience I've ever had to deal, from pick up to drop off. I had to wait for 2 hours while they tried to figure out how to rent me the vehicle which I had originally reserved online and had coupons for. The facility had to due everything manually and because everything was not working I could not complete the photos or could the scan my id or credit card she had to do it all manually. There was no way to even complete the check out process on my end because the system was down and the app wasn't working the only proof I had was a one sheet print out that she gave me that I was able to take the truck I even told her this doesn't feel rt. The drop off the same problem and customer service couldn't even help me and the guy at the drop off station was beyond rude I was asking for help and he just kept saying give me keys give me keys didn't even ask who I was or if there was anything he could do to help me but again no luck. The total lack of respect I was shown was shocking and then I get charged an extra 30 dollars from that guy when all my miles should have been added to my first bill as we discussed it in length during the 2 hours it took to rent it to me. I was assured if anything she over charged me and I would get that back. The complete lack of respect, responsibility, and customer service there is a complete joke. At least the lady who we picked it up from tried to figure it out but with no luck, but the drop off was a total loss. There aren't even words to describe how I feel about that experience. How is it that every service you offer to rent a U-Haul is down or not working properly so that renters can document the gas mileage and condition of the vehicle your renting because your systems are down so we have to just settle for whatever the facility says is truth and then the same thing happened upon returning the truck I have no way of reporting anything because systems are down and I just have to deal with what ever the guy decides weather it's true or not because your systems are down and get charged for it and treated poorly. I'll never rent from a company again that has total disregard for the customers there supposed to be serving. I tried talking to customer service and I got a giant run around with the end result being that someone should be reaching out in the near future to rectify the situation but again I'm not holding my breath that anything will.
