How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I hired the unit I was giving a location by Uhaul to return the unit. I got a request to advise my return time which I did. Just as I was leaving I got a call from the location requesting I return it to a different location as they had no room to store the unit. The new location was significantly out of the way and located outside of the town I was supposed to and had an agreement to return it to. There was no issue with the return location service it was a last minute change to an agreed contract with little or no notice or alternative. Extremely unhelpful and inconvenient

Christian MGreat location. Tommie who works this location is the greatest, awesome guy. Sunday evening and I was able to pick the last bike trailer anywhere near Kerrville. Note that Google Maps *will* try and direct you to not the actual location, if you just enter the street address, but if that happens, just look for uhaul and you'll get correct directions.
Jonathan WThe location was convenient. I was charged for 2 gallons of gas even though I had filled up the truck less than 4 miles away. I'll admit the fuel gauge didn't reflect it because after the pump stopped, I inserted my card again thinking it wasn't full, but it wouldn't take even a half a gallon more. There's no way they were able to add two more gallons.
