This location was difficult at best. Our truck was due on Saturday at 9 AM and we brought it back on Friday afternoon around 3:30 pm. When we brought the truck back, we couldn’t figure out exactly where to go. Our paperwork said suite A. The building was a row of real estate businesses with no clear markings exactly where U-Haul was. We went into Suite, A and the person in there told us, “this happens all the time. Just go park the truck with the other trucks and drop your key in the box”. We did exactly what they said. After the dropping the truck off on Friday, I got a message the next week that said the truck was still out and had not been returned. In a panic, I called U-Haul where we had picked the truck up because they had been so helpful. They got us in touch with someone at the main office and they were able to help us get the truck checked in. In White of our experience, I would not want to return to a place that was not a main U-Haul office. I want to return somewhere where there are actually people getting the keys for me. I gave this location an “average” score and I feel it under the circumstances that it’s probably a better score than I feel they deserve. I don’t want to destroy this location with a bad review but a pre-representation of our experience
