I was first told to pick truck and utility dolly at the 6th Avenue store in Decatur, the day before pick up I receive a email stating there has been a change. To pick up equipment at The Little Giant Smoke Shop. No one answered the number that was supplied for the store so I had to make a trip over there just to make sure my reservation was still good. I had paid for a utility dolly but none was in truck, I wasn’t pleased because we had heavy lifting of boxes.
Dorris hU-Haul as a company is difficult to work with, but this specific location is an exception. Since I booked my reservation over the phone, I had to go through U-Haul directly instead of the location. Despite that, the staff at this location provided the best service possible under the circumstances..
