Preston KWhen I picked up the truck I took a picture of the fuel level and when I returned the truck I put more than what I had in the tank. Took picture of it too, still I got charge extra $12.+ it just doesn’t make sense. Overall the service was great. Just the fuel a little rip off.

Michael SI normally do not write reviews but in this case, I have to say that the U-Haul folks went above any beyond the usual to accommodate me. I had to change my pick-up date..no problem, got there on a rainy day everything was ready and I was in and out in 10 min. Trailer worked perfect and 3 hour drive went smooth as silk. Could not be more pleased.
