How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was clean but there was a left turn light not working on trailer. Ryan looked it over and then made his mind up to give me the other trailer on the lot. That was clean and all lights worked! Good to go.
Scott WI reserved a truck in Monticello, IA and instead of 10=minutes I had to drive 2 hours to pick up a truck. It was ridiculous. No one would ever tell me where I would be able to pick up my truck but on the day I was supposed to move I had to drive 4 hours round-trip. I am very disappointed in U-haul. Not the people where I picked up the truck but the fact that I had to completely change my plans. I made a reservation and should have been able to count on that - or something much closer than a 4-hour round-trip drive. I was also told that a complaint file was going to be opened and someone would call me about. my complaint. No one ever called me. This was incredibly dissappointing and I will never use U-haul again if I have another option. I would like someone from U-haul to call me to talk to me - and I think I deserve a refund of a portion of my money.
JOAN MUnmanned drop off was simple, no interaction with persons, parking lot was full of potholes and water.
