Staff needs to be more familiar with the equipment. I had a 1⅞" ball on my hitch. They said I needed a 2" ball and I had to buy one. Since I was on a schedule I bought one from them. When I looked at the tag on the hitch later it clearly stated it would work with both a 1⅞" and a 2" ball. Needless to say, I was not happy!!!
