U-Haul computer systems were down. Ken was great while myself and him tried to be patient but they started wearing thin after 2hrs of trying to get dispatched. I ended up leaving without a contract until the system came back online. Then I found the drop off location I specified was not correct. I had to go back and pick it up and return it to another location or be charged $250. My U-Haul experience was terrible. Thank you to the depot in Kirkland lake for coming in on his day off to rent me the AT last minute.

john aWe had to drive to Kirkland Lake from South Porcupine. Too much distance and energy was spent first off in the day. Then at the end of the day after driving 4 hrs to our destination we couldn't leave the UHAUL in Espanola with the Uhaul depot, we had to drive another 45 mins away, then back. Please fix your policies to make it gentler for those who are exhausted during an extremely emotional and trying time.
Christine TThe best thing for them to do is inform the public on their website if they have one, when they’re on holidays. When I arrived at 8:00 a.m., the gates were locked. I called them at 8:10 to find out where they might be. He said they were on holiday and said that “they need holidays too”…he seemed defensive but ultimately called his friend from CAA who unlocked the gates and parked and unhitched the trailer for me. He was very nice! And the drop off time was 8:30. Hope they can work out the glitches! I’m sure they will! Take care and God bless!
