Person accidentally canceled our truck so when we arrived it wasn't there, the auto hauler we rented we had to go puck up because that also wasn't there, then the truck had transmission problems all the way to our destination. Then when we returned it they tried to charge us more money because he said we went over on our mileage when we didn't. We purchased unlimited miles! So it made an already stressful experience more stressful!Harry F.

Equipment was clean; however, the ratchets were difficult to operate due to dryness. In my opinion the ratchet mechanism could use some lubricant. I suggested this when I dropped the trailer off and trust it will be taken care off.John G.
I was charged for 9 gallons of fuel for 17 miles of use. I call that theft. I am trying to reach the staff at the Deer Park, WA location. Staff could not explain this and promised to call back. No one called back and their voice message box is full. Completely unacceptable.Sergiy B.

Back of truck not swept out, cab floor not swept out. Not that bad but the point is we are to sweep out the truck clean when we return the rentals and fill the gas back up to the vary spot that someone else left us. The truck should be full at all times. That is why you charge more money to the renter if they do not. Your to fill it up for the next renter to have paid for it. This is another way to rip us off for more money. Your app does not work. Your bar code sends me to other palaces. Customer service takes 17+ minutes to be on hold to answer then to loose connection on hold for the other guy. To have to call again to be on hold for another 18minutes. All because the store manager could not be a help and your app sucks. Not happy at all. Why tell people to go her is because it's closer then spokane to pay the extra miles and gas to you guys. They left a note saying "call this number to return a truck" - called for over an hour only to be told on arrival that "we were here, we just didn't answer the phone' . It's over an hour away from where we moved (2 hour round trip, so a delay due to not answering a phone is a big deal) Then, we were 98 miles UNDER the allowed mileage, and she charged us for going over - was snotty and and still hasn't refunded my money. The car hauler needed to be serviced after probably sitting during the winter. The pulley system to get the tires strapped down was extremely stiff and hard to use. Car came out of the straps once. I advised the managers and they were quick to respond though. He said he'd get it taken care of. Although, I was a little surprised that a discount wasn't offered for our troubles...Marty M.

I dropped the truck off exactly 1 hour prior to my due time/date. When I entered the office, the guy behind the counter was on his cell phone, leaning back in an office chair with his feet up. Clearly not work related. He asked me what I needed and I told him I was returning a truck. He then asked me if I needed a receipt to which I replied no. He then said "all I need is the keys and you're all set". Later that evening, I got a call from customer service asking when I was going to return the truck. I explained the above to the agent and they "noted it in the system". To my surprise, when I got my receipt via email. I noticed an extra day charge due to the the truck being checked in THE FOLLOWING DAY. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with customer service with no response.Torey A.

More attention to details. Got stopped by another motorist because trailer door had not been closed and was swaying in the breeze. Safety chains were dragging and I was told the 1 7/8" ball I have was fine. Because of severe rattleing I had to stop at a hardware store perchase and reconnect trailer to 2" ball. I made a mistake of not inspecting the trailer. It had been well used, bent fenders, faded paint, inside bumper rails all trashed and gone. The one saving grace was the tires were primo. Got a call from someone to take the trailer to another location because Raceway had to many trailers. When I dropped off they had one. Was even threatened with a wrong location charged.Vernon W.
I had reserved a truck for a 1:00 pm pickup, when I arrived at the location I was told it was for 4:00pm. Then I pick it up at 1:00 but the girl inputs that it must be returned by noon the next day and not 24 hours later at 1:00. Also poor attitude from the female desk clerk. The place was a dump. Also, my paperwork did not have a drop off address location. So, I ended up going to two incorrect locations. I tried numerous times to call U-Haul but the line was usually busy. What a joke! I wasted a lot of time to find the drop off location. This is totally unacceptable!Kevin K.
