ALAN DThe lady in the trailer was nasty and rude. We called to verify her location and she was disrespectful and rude. When I dropped off the truck she refused to allow me Tobias her facilities as I had been on the road for a bit. She was just an overall unpleasant person. She did not represent U-Haul well. I would not want her representing my company. Use another location for drop off.
