The entry is a bit confusing...hint, just push the gate open, and close it when you leave. However, a person came out right away, and said someone will be with me shortly. So, confusing, yes, but worked out fine. Besides the entry, this was the best UHaul experience I have ever had, in all my years of moving. The owner was friendly, professional, and got me on my way in short order. No lines to wait in, and the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend this location!

I arrived at 10 pm. The place had a sign “Do not enter”. A person driving told me it was for U-Haul. So I entered. It wasn’t clear where to park the truck since there were many other types of trucks none U-Haul parked there, along with manufactured homes. A man approached me and told me I could park exactly where I had stopped. He waited for me to get out of the truck and reached with his hand to receive the keys. I asked him if I should take pictures just like I did when I received the truck. He said “no”. It did not feel good or right to me. I said to him: “I feel horrible. This place is sketchy. Don’t you have a drop box here, for the keys?” He pointed out where it was. So I asked him to please give me the keys back since I did not feel comfortable handing them to him. He did not even identify himself to me as a worker for U-Haul. He got mad, turned around and with an attitude walked away. I went back to the truck, took pictures of the mileage, the gas, all sides of the truck and where I parked it from close and far away. Then dropped the key in the drop box. I called on Monday customer service and explained all of this. The lady called the place and no one answered. I asked her to please upload on my account all of the pictures I took. I emailed them all to her, and she did. I asked her to notate everything since I still had not received a receipt of recieving the truck. Yesterday, after 3 days is when they entered it in the system and they charged my bank account $158.40 stating I was late 3 days. This is CRAZY and unacceptable. The fact that this company allows these people to run this however they want.
