The representative for this particular location completed the contract without allowing me to sign any of the documents or confirm items added. I completed a reservation without wanting to add in the safe protection coverage. My receipt shows that the representative added this in. In addition I used the vehicle from 10:30 am to 12:30 after midnight and have received an invoice for 2 days when this is less than a 24 hour period. Shady business practices, would not recommend this location to anyone.
Trevion HU-Haul needs to communicate with vendor site a little better. We showed up and they did not see that we reserved a trailer and had to wait nearly 30 minutes after our pick up time to get trailer. We used truck for less thank scheduled hours and were still charged for a full day
Jennifer KThe operator was friendly, but the mileage was incorrect, took over a week to submit it. He asked me to estimate how many miles, so I went over and he advised they would reimburse difference. Instead I got charged for 49 when I did not use that. Sent email to Uhaul with my photo from the dashboard upon return check in, never got a reply back. Not surprised there. I will avoid this location moving forward and change my policy on pick up and check out.
