The operator was friendly, but the mileage was incorrect, took over a week to submit it. He asked me to estimate how many miles, so I went over and he advised they would reimburse difference. Instead I got charged for 49 when I did not use that. Sent email to Uhaul with my photo from the dashboard upon return check in, never got a reply back. Not surprised there. I will avoid this location moving forward and change my policy on pick up and check out.

So, confusing, yes, but worked out fine. Besides the entry, this was the best UHaul experience I have ever had, in all my years of moving. The owner was friendly, professional, and got me on my way in short order. No lines to wait in, and the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend this location!
