Easy drop off and courteous, helpful attendant.
William MI had a medical emergency happen in the middle of moving with one of my movers and was dealing with the police and ambulance and needed to get the uhaul back in time. To do that i took it to the nearest location which was only 30 minutes away from where I picked it up originally. This drop off location specifically charged me $309 just for dropping off at the wrong location! The truck was on time, clean, and had more gas in it than when i originally got it. The district manager Devan was supposed to get back to me and completely ignored my request. I have filed a dispute and hopefully the bill can get cut down. I understand having to charge me for the wrong drop off location but the amount is absolutely ridiculous and the gentleman on the phone couldn't tell me how the $309 was broken down. It was very disappointing to have them take advantage of the situation and tac on charges like that. I would not recommend this location at all. Mainly because my request to talk to a district manager about the situation and explain everything was completely ignored.
