Young man at pickup location very polite and helpful. Truck ready and waiting for us. Only issue was my husband left his new leather gloves in truck and couldn't call in about them. No answer repeatedly on their phone. The contact phone number for problems with the truck repeatedly gave message, "Subscriber Not Available".

We checked in after hours. The location was ok, though the area where other uhauls parked was not well lit. The app was good for drop off.

Barry WOnly issue I had was the check in was a little contradictory. They said I don’t need to do anything, then I get texts and emails that I need to complete checkin. And take pictures before I leave. The directions for how to operate a trailer were very clear and helpful for people. I would imagine that don’t know how to pull a trailer. I do have plenty of experience so I didn’t need that. But I feel like that was what your main focus was on as a brand and not any information about the pick up process. So if I needed to be doing additional things in the pick up process that I needed to know before I left, that would’ve been a great opportunity to include in an email.
KYLE HStaff at sight was friendly and helpful. Equipment was cleaned and maintained! Was a wonderful experience. Will use again when needed.
