I received this truck with a 1/4 tank of gas and returned it the same. After seeing my bill it said it had between a 1/4 and a half. That's not true. So not only was charged with gas but a fee. I would of rated 5 stars for convenience of pick up and easiness but that made it terrible. No one came out with me too look so this is horrendous.

Polite customer service and efficient. My only complaint is I left a SunPass transponder in the truck and when I went back an hour later, it had been removed from the truck. The same staff member I had dealt with earlier indicated she didn’t know what the person checking the mileage on the truck did and didn’t seem willing to offer even trying to connect with him for determining if there was a lost and found or option for returning my property.
Steven DThe person at the counter treated me like a job that she had to do and not as a customer. I just checked my bank and she charged me twice what I chose when renting the truck. I have to call on Monday to get this fixed. Not renting from that place again.
