The truck was clean but not well maintained. The transmission slipped. It was super sluggish. It had no gas in it. I had top put gas in to start. I understand paying for gas after but not before. The gas station had plenty of parking but would not let me park my car for the 3 hours I used the equipment.

BROWARD FTruck only had 40 miles to empty. Got in and immediately had to refill it. Perhaps establishing a minimum amount of gas in the vehicle before putting it out on the road. The last thing you want to do after picking it up is to have to stop to refuel.
BRENT SWorse than ever happened to U-haul because didnt get the truck where i booked so they change my location its far and never going to use Uhaul again
