How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere were half empty bottles, empty bags of snack in the truck. Inside of the trailer was terribly filthy-dust, paperwork, spilled pop on the floor, really disgusting. The only reason I used this location was that they open 24h and close to my place.
Arisa UThe interior of the truck was dirty. I booked online through Uhual and added dolly's and moving blankets to my order but was told this location doesn’t provide equipment, only trucks. The check-in process also took nearly 30 mins and I was asked for my details several times.
Chelsea PThey add the insurance asked us to compulsory but was not
Harshdeep SLocation was not the problem. When I made the reservation I needed a dolly. It was confirmed and then when I showed up, it was not available. No support ir apology provided. I had to go and get my own.
