too far out of the way, seemed to be a strange place for a U-Haul location

Amazing service! Thanks so much for making our move a little less stressful!
MARIA MUsed the Self-Serve pick-up/drop-off service and it worked perfectly. Mikaela was very responsive on communication. Location is weird but honestly this is awesome for South Delta residents to have as an option.
Jeff PNot charge me gas to bring a large truck to a remote far away place of your choosing
JULIE BWhile staff was pleasant and professional, they could not overcome U-haul's requirement to upload customer information on a smart phone. The app wouldn't allow us to do this, and there was no way to have paper copies of U-haul documents, so it took 50 MINUTES to get underway with my rental, and required a staff member to phone head office to get the information completed. This delayed my schedule, and was very inconvenient for the people I was meeting to pick up items from, to be delivered to a third party. And all because of your company's over-reliance on unnecessary technology. The location is difficult to get to, but the young woman who met us at this location was on time for pickup and drop off, knew the equipment well, and was quite helpful. The 10' truck was clean, and relatively new, but there was no ramp included. The side mirrors were extremely difficult to adjust (manually) - it required a lot of strength to move them. There was a discrepancy between the U-haul online record of the amount of gas, which showed more than the actual gas guage in the truck. This would not be a problem if the tank was full on delivery to each customer. So why isn't it?
