This drop off location was more than 20KM out of the way from where we were located, but appeared to be the only viable drop-off location option provided. Odd that there wasn't a closer drop-off point for a city as large as Vancouver.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFantastic customer service! Everything went smoothly
Alistair RWell the times that I did talk to someone on the phone NH e was okay but I did notice that when I called into to make changes the person that I would speak didn't make the proper changes at all they were not noted properly.
Brian VFor the kitty cottage i might recommend this area but for the first location (low cost equipment) that i booked before kitty kottage a big NO!. They forgot to put the uhaul key in the lock box that made me late for my schedules for the day. That wasn’t a really good experience to me. But i appreciate the customer service that help me to find a new uhaul.
John JLocation is not that great but when got to site to pick up trailer never got to talk to person everything was done through texts and took a long time to finally get all paper work completed ( 1.5 to 2 hours). Never did see a person the whole time, inside trailer had to be swept out before using due to dirt. Was never informed that trailer used flat 4 pin plug instead of round plug. Had to go to hardware store with no trailer lights to buy 4 pin plug adapter due to I would miss my loading time in order to get to Vancouver Island. Also I had booked a trailer on Vancouver Island instead of at Delta BC. and recieved phone call a few days before departure date being informed the trailer I requested was not available. My son checked on the trailer I had initially booked daily from day of reservation till day I arrived at island and it did not move. This cost me extra for fairy fees. Other than that the trailer worked great and pulled very nicely.
