Blankets should be clean and packaged as we don’t want other peoples funk on our stuff. Person was very quick to support, appreciated his ability to adjust to my new schedule.

After paying ~$125.00 to rent a small truck for a few hours, the employee handed me the 12 moving blankets to carry to the truck. Keep in mind that I am NOT an employee of his and I am NOT getting paid by him for manual labor. When I returned the truck, I walked in to give him the keys and he said " where are the moving blankets?" I said, " They are in the truck.' He stated that I needed to bring them in. I said why is that, I don't work for you, are you going to pay me for the labor? I said we've just paid $125 to rent this truck, the labor to clean it out should be included. He said no its not like that, the customer has to bring them in. I don't recommend this location for UHaul services, unless you want to do the clerk's bitch-work.

Jaquilla CThe man at this location was not helpful and was going to leave me to lift this heavy trailer off my trucks hitch all to me! He only came when I insisted and was still not very helpful leaving the heavy lifting to me! I’ll probably look at another rental company if this is how things are handled with U-Haul!!
