Extremely disappointed with my experience renting a U-Haul truck. I reserved my truck weeks in advance for my move, only to be told two days before pickup that there were no trucks available at the location I selected. Instead of honoring my reservation, U-Haul required me to drive an hour and a half to another location to pick up a truck. When I arrived, the experience got even worse. The employee I spoke to on the phone with was rude and insisted the truck wasn't available, saying she had no idea who told me I could pick it up that day—even though I had a booking confirmation and had spoken with a U-Haul representative earlier that same day who confirmed everything was set. What makes this even more frustrating is that I drove past my original pickup location and saw 15+ U-Haul trucks sitting there, yet somehow none were "available" for my reservation. The whole situation added unnecessary stress to an already stressful moving day. Reserving weeks in advance should mean something, and customers shouldn't have to spend hours driving around or arguing over confirmed reservations. This experience showed a serious lack of communication, organization, and customer service

My only issue I was unable to adjust the driver's side view mirror. it was pointed more towards the side of the truck in which I had to lean forward to view the lane to my left. It appeared that the only way to adjust the mirror was with to use a special tool to loosen a screw at the base of the mirror.
