The gentleman was confused about the mileage (read the wrong numbers). Then accused me of saying the gas tank was empty when in fact it was full. All he had to do was turn the key on... I was not happy and felt very belittled in front of other customers coming to the register since it is at a gas station, I had to move the truck myself since he didn't know how to drive it..

TERRANCE MThe 20ft truck I reserved was dirty, not cleaned from last rental. I also ordered 2 hand dollies. Only was was onsite. The dozen moving blanks were dirty. Not a good experience. Office printer wasn't working couldn't get a receipt after returning truck.

Charlethia ABarged me for miles on a one way trip all I did was arrive to my new house uiad put gas and return the truck a day early and got charged for 8 extra miles. The employee didn't know anything was no help useless. Un satisfied
