Autotrailer had one of the straps to hold car tires broken which I have to bring to another Uhaul facility to be replaced. People in this facility doesn't know how to use the U-haul system at the moment to dispatch a reservation, neither at the moment of return in the auto trailer. People is nice but they need to be trained in how to check equipment and use Uhaul system (Computer platform).
