I had reserved a moving dolly with my truck and this location did not have the dolly. The worker seemed unconcerned with this shortcoming, he called his boss who gave me attitude and offered no solution. Overall a complete lack of professionalism, I’m surprised they had the truck itself. The truck tires were low and I had to refill them, the employee did not explain any of the paperwork he asked me to sign or offer solutions to the fact that the location fell short of what I had reserved.

How U-Haul Reviews Workno pads as requested when reservation was made. Shocks should have been replaced 50k miles ago - terrible with important furniture.
Blake FOrdered one way trip! Was charged a fee for not returning where truck was picked up.
Jodene SOur truck was not available. We had to speak with the owner on the phone because the person working was not authorized to help us in the slightest. We are lucky our day had a late start since if it didn't we would have been waiting around until they opened to deal with the issues. I would like to mention the owner did comp our blankets but it was very stressful and I will be using a u-haul corporate site in the future.
KALLI DIt ended up fine, but the reservation somehow disappeared before I got there, which was a hassle apparently the pick up time changed without notice me when U-Haul change the original pick up location. I also got billed a small charge for access mileage, which didn’t make sense based on the original reservation
