broken side rear view mirror. I filled the gas tank ALL the way up, still charged me for 2 gallons after I dropped it off. Will NEVER rent form this guy again. FFFFFailure

This was the worst experiece I had with UHaul. I'm still considering doing the police report. I've used your service for years and never had any problem, but this time was terrible. The employee there, could not communicate properly, I had to call his manager from my phone to understand my options, and finally when I'm returning the truck, he completely crossed the line, he asked me if I was married, or if had a boyfriend, and then touched my leg, twice!!! yes, twice!! I've got out of the truck as fast as I could, and got into my car and start crying. That was abuse!! please let me know how should I report this to your mangament

Joseph SThe mobile app check-in process continues to be frustrating—nearly every time I've used it, I've had a problem. This time, it required me to share my landlord's info (I don't have a landlord), my employer's info (they're closed at 6 a.m. on Saturday), or my passport (I just moved and couldn't find it—I drove back home to look for it), even though I'd rented just a week prior. Incredibly frustrating. Last time, it wouldn't scan my driver's license. Fix the app, please.
