First, I booked to PU at a manned location. Location was switched by you to an unmanned location. Not happy because the first location did not have a vehicle as I was told. The attendant was not helpful and pointed and grunted to where I had to dig out the rented supplies. I specifically ordered from a manned U-Haul location and you failed to deliver what I ordered. the drop off went well, because I dropped off at a manned location. The truck itself was good. I will think twice about rent from U-Haul because the PU experience was so poor and stressful

The mobile check- in process took longer than expected. It was difficult removing the key from the lockbox, and then the uploading of photos was not working, so called customer service for assistance. Also, this location did not have a dolly, which we ordered - it would have been useful for our move.
