The employees didn’t yet understand the U-Haul system they had and were arguing back and forth for 40 minutes on whether to get step one or two done while I already had the confirmation code ready. I was in a rush because I had to move at a certain time and was late because of the amount of time it took for the employees to secure the U-Haul.

SERGIO MThere was a lock on my truck. I drove it to move and couldn’t open the back. I called U-Haul and I tried all the passwords they gave me and none of them work to open up the back. I had to drive all the way back to the location when I had a designated moving time at my apartment had them cut off the lock. Besides that it was good but I paid for 20 miles
