Called after I unloaded to see what the procedure was for returning the truck. I asked, "When can I return the truck?". The reply was, "Did you return the truck? You have to return the truck? Is it there already?" I asked again trying to clarify but the woman on the line kept repeating the questions and hung up on me. The next day I gassed up at the Sinclair station and then went in to ask where I should put the truck. The same woman by the voice told me, "You have to return the truck, you can't leave it at the pump." Then she walked over to a space where she wanted the truck to be parked and gave me these big waves to move along more quickly like you might if you're being impatient with someone. I'll rent from anyone but UHaul next time.

I paid for two different dollie’s to move my things, they didn’t have any, charged me anyways. The owner of this store is incredibly rude, she kept yelling at me and my partner when she didn’t understand what was going on. she was having technical issues with her ipad, blamed it on us and continued to yell at us blaming us while trying to figure it out. when we came back to return the vehicle we couldn’t even pull into the gas station without her coming out and yelling at us that we couldn’t park at the pump, we were only there to fill the tank back up before returning. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t have the equipment they list online.
Hope GI was charged for the incorrect fuel amount. I picked up the truck at 1/4 tank and dropped it at 1/4 tank. I was asked to demonstrate proof and I showed a pic of my gas meter (I still have the photo), yet on my receipt I see they charged me as if I left it at 1/8 tank. Now I need to call tomorrow and get this straightened out
Omar UThe truck was super dirty and nasty, you guys charge 25 dollars fee for that, so why nobody clean it before rent it again??. I had to spent unexpected time cleaning. The lady on the gas station barely help us and kept being rude all the interaction make it a super bad experience. I got charged for a dolly that wasn’t there.

Jordan NActually clean the vehicles, remove rented equipment, and check things like tire pressure inbetween customers. This vehicle looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months just begging for someone to get charged massive cleaning fees if taken back to a different location. I'm not going to clean up after others just so I don't get charged extra money.

William SThe lady working this location made it extremely difficult to pick up my reservation. I’ve been using U-Haul for nearly 15 years for each time I move to a new place and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I had a reservation and completed all the check in information before anrrival and it took them an hour to let me leave with the keys. On top of that she was extremely rude the whole time and tried to make it seem like I had done something wrong when I had done everything correct on my end. Do not use this location it isn’t worth the headache

I was in a rush because I had to move at a certain time and was late because of the amount of time it took for the employees to secure the U-Haul.

SERGIO MThere was a lock on my truck. I drove it to move and couldn’t open the back. I called U-Haul and I tried all the passwords they gave me and none of them work to open up the back. I had to drive all the way back to the location when I had a designated moving time at my apartment had them cut off the lock. Besides that it was good but I paid for 20 miles

NIBENEY SI did have one issue that bothered me. The gas was almost on empty and yet when I tried to put that on the check out sheet it registered 1/4 full. So I had to put gas in right away, without knowing how much I would be using. That let to me paying for a lot more gas than I used and also annoyed me that I had to go to a gas station right away, delaying my time of arrival where I was meeting people to help me move.

Alexandria MI found a few errors on my invoice after renting a U-Haul from this location. The person who helped me with checking in and checking out took more time than necessary. When I went back to discuss the errors on my invoice, the person at the shop was not helpful.

TERA HTruck worked fine, except the gas gauge was finicky during the drive. Location wasn't much help for the rental, however. Apparently they don't have software set up to process in-person rentals, which is extremely weird. I also didn't receive all of the equipment requested.

Gamaliel RJust a pickup at a gas station. Nothing special. 20' truck wasn't washed and had a dirty windshield. Looked like it had never been cleaned inside from it's first 1400 miles. Glad it was new and I could trust the low milage as my friend and not the U-haul maintenance team. Lucky me!!!
