The only issue was the trailer was not scanned in at actual return time, We returned at 3:50 pm on 12/23, but our email receipt shows return time at 9:48 am on 12/24-which would actually make it late. I do have time stamped video of return time.

RUTH Mvery easy access and easy to exit.
Isaac DU-Haul computer system at this location was sluggish. The attendant had to create a new reservation as the pre approved reservation was hour glassing. A 10 minute checkout turned into an hour :(
