U-Haul computer system at this location was sluggish. The attendant had to create a new reservation as the pre approved reservation was hour glassing. A 10 minute checkout turned into an hour :(

JEANNE BWas told equipment was ready for my 16 hour trip. However trailer came off hitch and tire leaked to flat. All out of my control and not far from location.
Julie YWhen booking in an area where people might be booking near another time zone please make sure that reservations are coordinated within the timezones as I missed pick up for my reservation due to an inconsistency through the uhaul website regarding the time zones.
