Truck back door was open and it appeared someone had slept in it the night before. It was raining and the truck was parked in a lot that had gravel, but so far back that we had to walk through mud tracks to get into the truck.

MARY AFirst of all - my first location was different and by some reason keys were not ready for pickup, so we were calling support and only after that we got to this location. Second - truck wasn't too dirty, but we found a blanket and a bottle with yellow liquid in cargo area, probably some homeless person was sleeping there. Corresponding odor was there of course. We were forced to spend time on cleaning cargo area with power washer instead of loading. This is not the first time when UHaul truck cargo area is not ready, it's a bad sign and compensation (discount) would be great for that.
