Lisa bOnce again the app did not perform very well. The pictures took a very long time to load and the app kicked us out a couple times. Found the app very frustrating
James BU-Haul website is very misleading. Let’s me rent a trailer 3 miles away then 2 days prior to pickup, I am informed that the closest trailer is 30 miles away. This is a frequent issue and the person that informed me of the change was not interested in the fact that 3 miles and 30 miles was a big difference.
MICHAEL BHave the rental I ordered 2 weeks earlier available at the location I ordered it from. If you need to substitute bring the equipment to the new location. My truck was not available at any location. Had made arrangements for someone to drive. The available truck was 25 miles away. That’s one way so50 miles total. Had to make arrangements with the driver and by the time I did the truck was gone. Got a smaller one. Dales was very friendly and accommodating. My question is. You have the rental reservation on the computer. Your computer also knows where the trucks are. Why are the systems not communicating. If someone has as a reservation it should have priority. Actually one store personnel asked me that. Other than Dales. I would rate UHaul a 0.
