Drop off location was a 6. A little testy to drive to. lady that checked truck was very good, professional and knowledgeable.

Lisa bOnce again the app did not perform very well. The pictures took a very long time to load and the app kicked us out a couple times. Found the app very frustrating
James BU-Haul website is very misleading. Let’s me rent a trailer 3 miles away then 2 days prior to pickup, I am informed that the closest trailer is 30 miles away. This is a frequent issue and the person that informed me of the change was not interested in the fact that 3 miles and 30 miles was a big difference.
