I rented the Uhaul and had a great experience with UHaul itself - the rating does not reflect the interaction with Uhaul. However, I did book Midwest Move Masters in the Des Moine area of Iowa for moving help. Since I am unable to leave a review for them since the order was never completed (because they never showed up) the review found its way here. I would give 0 stars if possible to Midwest Move Masters. They did not show, they cannot communicate, and they cannot schedule their work. Long story short, they did not show up for either of the times that they stated that they would be at my property and they couldn't seem to be able to communicate beyond delayed texts. I waited for hours before ever getting a repsonse that they might not be there (2 hours after they were already scheduled to help me). Worst move I have ever had.

DINA IThe facility was closed (6pm on Saturday). I did the 24/7 return which was super easy until it wouldn’t let me upload pictures. I took them, but couldn’t upload them.
